Reizor Hosting offers refunds for new customers within 7 days of the initial purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your account must be in good standing and you must not have violated our Terms of Service.
To request a refund, please contact our support team through the support center or email support@reizorhosting.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
The following are not eligible for refunds: add-ons, upgrades, domain registrations, renewal fees, and accounts that have been terminated for Terms of Service violations. Additionally, refunds are not available for accounts that have been active for more than 7 days.
Upon approval of a refund, your service will be immediately suspended and all data will be permanently deleted. We cannot recover your data after a refund has been processed.
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds for unused portions of your service period. These will be calculated on a prorated basis and are subject to our discretion.
If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly, your account will be immediately suspended. We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who have filed chargebacks.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
